From reading this and several of Alan's other books, including I Had It All The Time, Handle with Prayer, I've been a fan of Alan's balanced and no-bs wisdom on spirituality and on applying Universal principles.
This interview, though shorter than some interviews I've heard on the Internet, was perfect in the amount of insight Alan provided.
I *greatly* appreciated the advice he gave on the influence on us from the "payoffs" that our unconscious seeks that can "dilute" (my word) a pure intention and thus interfere with the manifestation of something that we consciously desire. One example is wanting drama in our life, something we don't realize about ourselves until we relax and analyze how we are approaching things and why.
Another very helpful point he made had to do with how to "assume" a mode of Being that is more powerful than just trying to Affirm that is something is true.
